What is the 10oz Sublimation Sippy Cup ?
It is a type of sublimation blanks mug, the cup already been sublimation coating on it .it is used for Baby Feeding Bottle.We can transfer any image on the mug with doing sublimation coating on them.Using this technicial we can do most of the goods to do sublimation with spay the sublimaton coating on them.So we have other type of cup: 20oz tumblers,water bottle,puzzle,mouse pad,metal with sublimatoin coating.We also need the heat press ,mug press to transfer the image from paper to materials.If you need more information please free to contact with us.
Sublimation process:
1.Printing the the design on sublimation paper;
2.Cut the paper in correct size
3.Stick the paper on the metal sheet by using Thermal high temp tape;Then put the insert metal part in the mug to protect the mug.
4.Put the metal part under the mug heat press machine and press it at 190C,30sec
