It is a inkjet printer which can print the image on film directly with automatic roll feeder.The max width is 330mm,the detials on the printed result is very surpised.It can be sublimation transferred on the tshirt directly after printed which is faster and has better results than a DTG printer.

About the ink:
The raw resin we use is Mitsui resin
There are two kinds of Mitsui resins in Japan (MUTSUI): 1. The ones produced in Japan are more expensive, 2. The ones produced in Thailand are cheaper, but the quality is not as good as those produced in Japan.
Resin content: more than 20%. If the resin content is not enough, it will affect color fastness, abrasion resistance, friction and tensile strength
The ink will be layered after being put for a long time, with water and color paste on the top and resin on the bottom. So shake up the ink before use
PET film:
There are three kinds of PET film: water-based film, oil-based film, and 3-in-1 film,
The membrane has four layers:
1. Base course (bottom film)
2. Electrostatic layer: prevent the powder from sticking to the side after shaking
3. Ink absorbing layer: prevent ink from flowing everywhere when it is not dry after printing
4. Release layer: for better tearing after high temperature pressing
Hot melt powder:
(1) Melting range (melting point): 115-130 ℃
(2) Ingredients: TPU (polyurethane)
(3) Washing resistance grade (GB 5 is the best): 40 ℃ water washing grade 4, 60 ℃ water washing grade 4, dry cleaning and drying grade 4
(4) Pressing condition: Time: 8-15 seconds Temperature: 120-165 Pressure: 2-4KG
(5) Anti-static, anti-oil, good elasticity, tensile resistance, strong washing fastness, normal drying without cracking (for washing machine with drying function)
