Portable Mini Heat Press Machine T-shirt Printing?

The heat press is using the high pressure (160-200°C) to transfer the image on transfer paper on the sublimation cloth,cap,sublimation metal and other sublimation blanks.

1.Sublimation Transfer

a) Printing the design/logo on transfer paper(have dark and light transfer paper)

b)Cut the contour by vinyl cutter

c)Layout the garment on the Portable Mini Heat Press Machine T-shirt Printing set the temp at 170--190C ,20-30seconds

d)Press the platen and then finish the sublimation

2.DTF Printing

a) Printing the design/logo on DTF film
b)Stick the powder on the film
c)Layout the garment on the AIDARY 40cm X 60cm Insert Tshirt Semi Automatic Open Heating Transfer Machine AP1715 set the temp at 170C ,20-30seconds
d)Press the platen and then finish the sublimation

3.Screen Printing

a) Prepare the design/logo with screen frame mesh.
b)Using the screen printing machine to catch the frame
c)Layout the garment on screen printing machine and transfer the logo on garment.
d)Using AIDARY 40cm X 60cm Insert Tshirt Semi Automatic Open Heating Transfer Machine AP1715 to dryting the garment to make it more fastern.

4.Drying

It can be heating MAX 250C,can dry most of the things.
